About Legal Assistance Capacity Building
NCLER provides training and technical assistance to states, advocates and legal assistance programs working to build capacity and access of legal services for older adults.
This resource support is designed to enhance the quality, cost effectiveness, and accessibility of legal assistance and elder rights programs provided to older persons with the greatest social or economic need.
